Air Tractor formally launched its all-new re-designed company website Thursday at the National Agricultural Aviation Association Convention and Expo. Visitors to the Air Tractor exhibit (Booth #807), however, could explore and take an early peak at the new website during the National Agricultural Aviation Association trade show.
Air Tractor president Jim Hirsch presented tour of the new airtractor.com at the NAAA Concurrent/Company Session Thursday, December 8, at 8 a.m. at the Las Vegas Hilton.
The re-imagined website features a bold new design, a simple navigation scheme, and a host of new functions and features.
One eagerly awaited new feature is the 360° panoramic "pilot's view" of aircraft cockpits, along with aircraft information, performance specifications and dimensional drawings. In another area of the website visitors can take a virtual 360° “tour” of the Air Tractor factory.
A secure area of the website allows Air Tractor owners and industry professionals to register, complete a user profile and access aircraft maintenance schedules, service letters, and other timely and useful Air Tractor information.
Continuing a popular feature from the previous website, the new airtractor.com offers fresh, new computer screensavers and desktop wallpapers – for both PC and Macintosh computers. New Google locator maps and aeronautical charts are yet another new interactive feature on Air Tractor dealers' web pages.
“We asked questions and listened when our customers told us what they wanted to see in a re-designed Air Tractor website,” said Air Tractor president Jim Hirsch, “and we think they, and a lot of new visitors, will be pleased with what they find at the new airtractor.com.”
